Nick Meynen

Nick Meynen holds master and other degrees in physical geography, conflict & development and research journalism. He works 4 days a week as policy officer on environmental and economic justice for the European Environmental Bureau, the largest federation of environmental NGOs in Europe. From there, he does the dissemination to the wider public for the EnvJustice project. Nick also wrote three non-fiction books on globalization, man-nature relationships and environmental justice struggles. His latest book, which links struggles for environmental justice to economic system errors was translated to English and comes out at the end of 2019. When he’s not behind a screen he could be organizing an environmental demonstration, harvesting on his community farm or walking on some mountain trail.
